We are currently looking for a Senior Project Manager. The job holder will be responsible for the development, implementation and guarantee of efficient project execution according to the customer requirements and company standards.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and delegate day-to-day project tasks to assigned Project Managers/Coordinators and contribute to employee performance management
- Mentor, coach and assist with training of Project Managers/Coordinators on the account team
- Own service level and manage more complex customer orders
- Scope out work to be executed and generate quotes as needed
- Schedule complex projects to meet customer needs and requirements
- Oversee external and internal project team members assigned to the project execution
- Play the role of Sr. Project Manager on assigned accounts
Requirements
- A completed University degree, preferably in language, communication and/or business related
- 5-7 years of proven experience in Project Management or in similar roles/businesses (preferably related to Language Services)
- Excellent team leadership skills
- Ability to drive change
- Experience with Project Management tools
- Very good organizational skills
- Solutions oriented
- Outstanding communication skills
- Fluent English is mandatory
- Good knowledge of commonly used computer desktop applications and services (e.g MS Office)
The salary range for this position is $60,000 - $75,000, including an annual target bonus.
