Streamline Innovations, Inc. is seeking a Control Room Operator for its San Antonio area centralized control room. The Control Room Operator would assist with the remote control and operation of all H2S treatment facilities, troubleshoot process control, verify working instrumentation and equipment, assist with the allocation of resources for maintenance and repairs, and optimize the H2S treatment process. The Control Room Operator (AIamp;E Specialty) will report to the Operations Engineer.

Job Duties:

• Provide constant monitoring of control panels and Key Performance Indicators as necessary to maintain process health and operating efficiency given the potential for variable throughput.

• Supervises and maintains the accuracy of process control indicators
• Manages the completion of field tests to ensure the correct calibration of the process and process control equipment and records data from equipment readings

• Promotes high attention to quality control.
• Handles Routine process troubleshooting and maintenance
• Demonstrates working knowledge of oil and gas plant Operations
• Operates within regulations of Process Safety Management (PSM) and environment permit requirements
• Communicates in a prompt and effective manner

Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS:

• High school degree/ GED or better required
• Three years mechanical installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting
• Three years operation experience of units involving chemical reactions
• Three years Instrumentation and Electrical experience:

o Troubleshooting Analog and Digital signals

o I/O wiring and instrumentation installation

• Three years of experience in process control automation required, to include controls programming, including function blocks and ladder logic
• Three years of experience in laboratory testing in a chemical setting
• Advanced computer skills:

o Easily learn new software

o Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite

• Successful passage of physical, drug, driving, and background check required
• Ability to physically push pull and lift 50lbs or more required
