- Process and record payroll for payroll clients
- Collect and verify timekeeping information for payroll clients
- Calculate pay according to hours worked incorporating leaves and overtime
- Calculate taxes and deductions
- Dealing with payroll concerns and questions from payroll clients
- Prepare and submit payroll tax filings for federal and state
- Full-Time or Part-Time
Requirements
- Self-motivated
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Able to work effectively and efficiently with little supervision
- Experienced with Payroll software, preferably Thomson Reuters Products
- Flexible; able to shift attention and focus to different priorities
