PRIMARY JOB DUTIES
Ensure accuracy in the electronic entry, tracking, and updating of all hardware and software assets across corporate and customer locations. Typical day-to-day duties include: Entry of assets Shipping/receiving assets Coordinate RMA with vendors/suppliers Making inventory counts/adjustments to ensure stock availability Analyze inventory levels and product demand to determine reorder levels, which will ensure product availability and minimize inventory costs. Manage the physical location, configuration, quality of assets to maintain reliability, performance. Typical day-to-day duties include: Moving assets between locations in the warehouse Inspecting and testing assets for reliability Coordinate the disposal of property, supplies, and or material in compliance with regulations/guidelines. Document and provide timely, accurate, and concise information for all tickets (new, update, and closed) to ensure customer satisfaction is met or exceeded. SECONDARY JOB DUTIES
Building, repairing, and testing products with attention to detail and workmanship to ensure quality finished goods consistent with continually improving efficiency. Willingness to learn and share (publish/document) processes, procedures and information relevant to overall team building and education Responsible for providing scheduled and ad-hoc reports for inventory, tracking, and administrative requests. Collaborate, provide suggestions/feedback, and work as a team to drive continual improvement processes, procedures, and standards consistent with the company vision. Education
Required: HS Diploma or GED
Preferred: Associate's Degree
Strongly Preferred: BS degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent
Experience
- Stable employment history, punctual attendance required
- Ability to lift, move, and relocate items up to 50lbs without assistance
- Ability to stand for long periods, repeated bending, kneeling, and reaching
- One-two years of asset management and vendor/supplier RMA working in a cross-functional team
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize requests in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in English
- Demonstrated fundamental understanding of asset management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Working knowledge of Word, Excel, Access, and other Office365 applications
