Responsibilities
- Act as the contact point between Front of the House and Back of the House staff
- Prepare Experience areas before guests are seated
- Clean and reset tables after guests leave
- Responsible for washing all glass and dishware and ensure all glassware is buffed/ polished
- Inform restaurant staff about customers’ feedback or requests (e.g. when they ask for the check)
- Support front of house team by restocking all bars and retail shelves when needed
- Maintain the cleanliness of all back of house areas
- Maintain health and safety regulations at all kitchen and dining areas
Requirements
- Work experience as a Busser, Food Runner or other entry-level role in a restaurant is a plus
- Multi-tasking abilities
- Good oral communication skills
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends, evenings and holidays
- Understanding of hygiene and food safety rules
- Physical ability and stamina to carry heavy trays and stand for long hours
- Ability to multitask and remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment
- High school degree
