Program Description: This would be a full-time position with benefits located in Chantilly, VA. You would be supporting the Dept of Veterans Affairs and helping improve the efficiency and accuracy of their veteran loan program related to the GI Bill.

Requirements

Required Skills:

• DGI change and configuration management process implementation
• Supports project team members in establishing CM best practices.
• Develops and maintains the CM Plan and policies and procedures, including desk instructions.
• Works with the product team to create and administer the CM repositories.
• Establishes and promotes product releases (baselines).
• Review and record change requests
• Convene the change advisory board (CAB) meetings
• Manage transition of changes from development team to operations
• Conduct Post Implementation Reviews (PIRs) after change implementation

Preferred Skills

• Previous experience with VA and working on VA legacy systems for Education Service
