The ideal candidate exudes positivity, is a self-starter, independent thinker, deeply analytical and detailed-oriented, but capable of working in a structured manner to thrive in ambiguity. You do not shy away from rolling up your sleeves, slicing and dicing massive sets of information, creating solutions to problems that have not been tackled yet.YOUR DAY TO DAY
  • Develop analytical frameworks, tools, and techniques to plan, communicate, and execute short and longer term business strategies
  • Work with cross functional partners (Sales, Product, Finance, Accounting, HR) to ensure successful execution of key projects
  • Help identify opportunities to improve business efficiencies and lead efforts to scale best practices (Including SFDC and other system improvements)
  • Participate and help steer global initiatives
  • Develop, manage amp; report on key business metrics
  • Conduct strategic market insights including competitive landscape analysis to help formulate go to market plans
  • Actively participate in creating quarterly business reviews with Sales and Product leadership
  • Be highly proactive to effectively and quickly drive initiatives across the organization
  • Communicate effectively to Sales leadership on team successes, challenges, and execution plans for solving challenges
  • Create innovative, data-driven strategies to promote operations objectives
  • Co-lead significant short- and long-term efforts contributing to the overall growth, org productivity, and ultimately profitability of Tealium
  • Present strategic insights and recommendations to senior management and cross-functional stakeholders in the Sales, Product, Finance, Marketing, Accounting, and other support organizations critical to maintaining or developing long-term relationships with key brands
WHY YOU ARE THE PERFECT FIT
  • Minimum5-7 years of experience in a business context or digital marketing industry
  • Strong management skills with a keen ability to manage upwards
  • Analytical thinker and structured problem solver
  • Experience working with sales and strategy operations function with similar needs and job function
  • Experience researching and manipulating large data sets
  • Experience working with Big Data/Business Intelligence industry
  • Experience with CRM solutions, with SFDC as a preference
  • Strong working knowledge and skills in spreadsheet and presentation software
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Comfort working in ambiguity with a bent towards fast execution and iteration
  • Exceptional project management and execution skill set
  • Management consulting or investment banking experience a big plus
  • Industry experience in ad tech is a big plus
  • Technical skills: Competence with SQL or any other form of database querying language
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent with specialization in marketing, finance, business, MIS, or related field of study
