Job Description
The Technical Campaign Assistant will work as part of the Digital Marketing team to support all merchandising campaign needs. Under the direction and guidance of the Director of Growth Marketing, you will be responsible for uploading landing pages, transferring of files, and combining assets for various merchandising campaigns.
Landing Page Management and Project Management
As a Contract Technical Campaign Assistant, your work will be centered around Managing the landing pages. As part of this, you will:
- Effectively oversee the compilation of all merchandising campaigns using project management systems (Wrike).
- Converting Google Docs and Sheets into JSON files and uploading them as landing pages.
- Combine briefs, copy, creative assets and merchandising requirements to create campaign configurations.
- Manage the timing of all merchandising campaigns.
- Maintain evergreen campaigns by updating their configuration when necessary.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate to the Merchant Operations team lead.
- Collaborate with global and local marketing teams to track and maintain Vivino's global campaign calendar.
Furthermore, we envision that you have and can demonstrate:
- Concrete understanding of digital campaign components.
- 0-2 years of demonstrated experience providing technical and project support to digital projects.
- Working with json files is not required but highly recommended
- Attention to detail and acute observational skills.
- Proven ability to multi-task and support multiple stakeholders whilst meeting deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills - ability to read, write and speak English.
- Tenacious, proactive, and solution-driven attributes.
This role will be a contract position until the end of 2021. You will be able to manage your own hours, with the expectation of 30 hours per week. This role is based anywhere in the East Coast. Vivino will provide you with the necessary hardware and software to excel in this role.
