Core Job Responsibilities
To own and lead specific project deliverables to ensure effective management and implementation of research projects
- To lead day to day project team for effective management of projects
- Ensure timely updates to senior project team members
- To act as the day to day point of contact for the client regarding project logistics
- To oversee the development of key project deliverables and routine project tasks, e.g. job costing, reports
- To perform project tasks and deliverables as defined, on time, and to a high quality
- To take responsibility to run projects within budget
To independently conduct research activities to help build client satisfaction
- To design high quality research screeners, discussion guides and questionnaires, which show a clear understanding of the market research objectives
- To produce good quality sections of presentations that require minimal review
- To conduct 1-1 interviews via phone and face-to-face, and start to build confidence moderating focus groups
- To conduct some facilitation and present at client meetings
- To lead and coach colleagues in brainstorming meetings
- To complete all administrative tasks in a timely and appropriate manner
To start to build personal client relationships to help drive business growth
- To perform marketing activities, e.g. arrange and follow up meetings, begin to write marketing reports, show an understanding of the importance of potential business opportunities
- To draft straight forward client-focused, needs-based proposals and, under guidance, contribute to more complex proposals
To be an integral member of the Insight organization and contribute to Company initiatives
- To participate in Company meetings and implement Company procedures
- Support Insight values, show appropriate enthusiasm, flair, drive and responsibility for tasks and their own development within Insight
- To provide support and involvement in internal initiatives and show awareness of need to continually innovate
- To lead teams to build effective teamworking
Requirements
- 2 4 years’ experience in research or professional services organization, of which:
- 2 years’ experience in research-based project support role
- 1 2 years Healthcare experience is essential
- Consistently able to apply a range of research methods and demonstrate honed research skills
- Ability to produce near final interview materials and presentation drafts
- Solid project management skills
- Strong communication skills and interpersonal skills
- Basic coaching skills
- Computer proficient: Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel
- Enthusiasm and creativity
- Self-starter, with sense of responsibility and ownership
- Prioritization, multi-taking and organization
- Works as part of the team
- Able to lead exec project teams
- Open to feedback and continual learning
