We are the Growth Lending Group. We work with innovative and high-growth companies, helping them to accelerate their growth by providing loans and other flexible credit solutions. We have a global footprint, with offices in London, Manchester, Bristol, Cambridge and Cape Town, and we are expanding into other UK locations.
This role is for a mid-level generalist deal-sourcer with the enthusiasm and energy required to dig out the best investment opportunities in the most unusual places. You’ll have an agile mind and great relationship-building skills, and will be able to balance a competitive nature with a strong focus on teamwork. This role represents an excellent opportunity to accelerate your career: your extensive network, and your ability to spot and nurture great funding opportunities, are ripe for this high-growth area of finance.
You’ll bring a proven track record of success in front-line sales within the financial services sector. You will have an expanding network of external sources such as accountants, solicitors, bankers and commercial finance brokers. To fit with our business, you’ll balance flair and relationship-building with method and analysis. You'll know how to identify rich sources of deal flow for both of our brands and will provide early-stage analysis that will enable our principals to move these opportunities through our credit process to execution. To succeed, you’ll come with a strong knowledge of corporate and commercial finance and of lending to the UK SME markets. You’ll work with your network with confidence and maturity, but without arrogance.
