We are looking for an Enablement Program Manager?to join our rapidly growing?Revenue?team. This position will?collaborate with?teams?based primarily in Philadelphia?and?London,?focused on?creating and driving enablement initiatives across our Customer Success amp; Services?teams. A portion of this role will also support?the broader Revenue?enablement teams, as needed.?The ideal candidate fully understands the needs of these revenue generating teams and can?successfully enable and provide role-specific resources.
The Enablement Program Manager works to?manage end-to-end enablement practices, including?developing?and launching?effective programs, improving existing and implementing?new processes,?onboarding?new hires,?and?ensuring the right resources, tools, and technology?are?in place.
This is an exciting time to join Concentra as we scale our business and expand the Revenue function. This position?will report to our Head of?Internal Revenue Enablement?and?is a key contributor to the overall success of the business.
What you will be doing
- Own and deliver enablement programs for Customer Success amp; Services teams.
- Partner?with the Customer Success amp; Services stakeholders to identify learning and enablement needs, deliver interventions, and drive desired behaviors and outcomes.
- Develop and manage enablement programs tied to ramp and ongoing development of team members to enable key business priorities.
- Create and deliver role-specific?onboarding for new team members.
- Provide functional team members with coaching, support,?and guidance.
- Evaluate and optimize existing internal workflows and systems.
- Create and manage resources and documentation?in SharePoint and our enablement platform; ensure?content is?easily accessible, understandable, digestible,?and?up to date.
- Foster an engaging and positive culture of high performance, efficiency, effectiveness, and results.
- Collaborate with other revenue teams, as needed, for bringing new products, packages, and/or services to the market.
- Assist with projects across Revenue enablement, as needed.
Requirements
- Knowledge amp; Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Training amp; Development, or equivalent
- 2-3 years of experience in post-sales enablement; understands B2B SaaS customer engagement
- Flexibility to travel 25% of the time
- Strategic thinker and problem solver
- Project management and organizational skills
- Ability to collaborate with immediate Customer Success amp; Services stakeholders and cross functionally
- Ability to design, develop, and fully execute enablement programs
- Knowledge of enablement best practices, adult learning theory and instructional design
Preferred Qualifications: - Experience using Challenger methodology
- Familiarity with SharePoint, Seismic, and Gainsight.
- Familiarity with eLearning methods and eLearning development tools
- Familiarity with designing virtual learning
