This is seasonal intern position.
Production Maintenance: (10%)
- Responsible for maintaining a clean work area, including proper care and storage of tools, materials and parts.
- Complies with all safety requirements, company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements to maintain a safe working environment.
- Help in preventive maintenance on the production equipment as per work orders.
- Conduct plumbing, lighting program and repairs.
- Responsible for performing carpentry and masonry work as needed.
- Perform general building maintenance such as painting and basic repairs.
- Create drawings and material lists for projects.
- Responsible for maintaining chemicals in approved containers, report any spills and clean up if approved.
- Housekeeping of the maintenance shops, storm water sampling sites, proper signage throughout the property
Facility Maintenance of Administration, Warehouse, Cellar and Visitor center: (90%)

Professional experience amp; know how:
- 2 to 4 years in maintenance skills
- Experience in plumbing and general building maintenance
Technical amp; management skills:
- Read and understand schematics.
- General machine shop skills
Personal amp; interpersonal skills:
- Ability to work as a team leader on some projects and as team member on others
- Must be self-motivated and able to recognize items that need improvement.
- Demonstrate commitment and responsibility.
- Demonstrate good communication skills.
- Ability to adopt to quick changes in workflow.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule.
