Requirements

What you will do:

As the Brand Marketing Manager, you’ll report to the Director of Brand Marketing and play a key role in helping to grow the ActivTrak brand. You’ll touch a little bit of everything - the blog, social media, PR, events, campaigns, content, etc.

Manage the blog. Lead bi-weekly planning sessions with key stakeholders to plan content, manage editorial calendar in Monday.com, publish content weekly.

Edit and proofread a variety of materials to ensure consistency in formatting, tone, and voice in all communications.

Publish press releases to the website.

Help manage internal communications.

Provide ongoing support related to brand awareness and demand generation initiatives such as content strategy, campaign planning, social media and events.

Help with the creation of dynamic content/stories through creative writing in a variety of formats, including blogs, video scripts, digital campaigns, and social media.

Collaborate with peers across business units to plan and develop content to meet their objectives.

Be exceptionally pragmatic. Working in a start-up environment requires that you’ll be able to make the right trade offs to progress projects while balancing constraints and input. We’re looking for a candidate that can be pragmatic, and has the ability to make decisions based on data.

Your experience:

We’re looking for a passionate brand marketer with 3-5 years of relevant experience

A strong mix of creative, project management expertise

Strong content creator from ideation to execution

Have an excellent eye for detail and determination for getting results

Exceptional communication, organizational and prioritization skills as well as command of grammar and punctuation

Familiar with social media platforms

Effective in building, nurturing and maintaining strong relationships

Self-motivated, and comfortable working in a remote position
