Dreamwave : Digital Product Manager

Active Theory is an award-winning, independent creative studio. We make some of the highest quality digital experiences for clients around the world, and we are growing. We are looking for a Digital Product Manager to help us build out our Dreamwave Conference and Festival products. Dreamwave is web-based technology that helps brands, businesses and artists host scalable virtual events.

Our ideal candidate will have 3-5 years experience in Digital Product Management. They must have a customer-first mindset, a strong understanding of back-end and front-end programming languages, and the ability to develop data pipelines that can be used to track, analyze, and improve our digital product. This role requires a candidate with excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills as you'll be working with a team to interpret large amounts of data. This is a customer centric role, working to translate the needs of the customer into online business opportunities.

This person must welcome the critical nature of their role in our studio, and relish in leading people through being highly detailed and creative.

Requirements

1. Minimum of 2, desired 5+ years of experience executing projects within an interactive or creative studio
2. Solid understanding of design tools and the web development process
3. Knowledge of risk and limitations of web technologies
4. Demonstrated experience managing and leading requirements discovery, solution design, user story writing, feature development, and user acceptance testing
5. Strong ability to manage the product roadmap and backlog for all digital products
6. Passionate about building great products and solving customer and business problems
