Your role:

At BresMed, our Talent Acquisition Partners play an integral role in ensuring we can identify, attract, hire and retain the top talent in our industry. Working collaboratively with the business, they leverage their industry and technical expertise to ensure we remain competitive in the marketplace while driving an exceptional candidate and client experience. Talent Acquisition Partners provide a consultative service to their clients and candidates, are resilient strategic thinkers and continually look to improve the recruitment experience for all stakeholders.

  • Partner with business leaders and hiring managers, to assess talent requirements and drive talent strategy.
  • Identify and assess a diverse candidate pool, managing candidates through the full life cycle recruiting process and providing a seamless handover for onboarding.
  • Drive compelling sourcing strategies utilizing various tools and techniques to target passive talent and grow our employer brand.
  • Conduct thorough Talent Screens to ensure candidates are aligned with BresMed culture as well as meet the specific requirements of the job.
  • Track candidate progress in our state-of-the-art ATS - Workable and provide regular reporting data to senior leadership and clients.
  • Consistently provide a positive candidate experience.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of recruiting experience in a corporate and/or agency environment *Global experience is preferred.
  • Experience supporting Health Economics Outcomes Research Consultancy, Biotech, Pharmaceutical or Professional Services organizations using a direct sourcing talent acquisition model.
  • Proven expertise and passion for effective stakeholder management and a collaborative approach to problem solving.
  • Experience managing niche and hard to fill requisitions and multiple business partners.
  • A genuine desire to nurture and promote the BresMed culture.
  • Creative, Collaborative and Resilient.
