Regen Network Development, Inc realigns the economy with ecological health by creating a decentralized carbon and ecological asset marketplace. Using a combination of centralized technologies with distributed ledger technologies, remote sensing and machine learning, our team is creating new tools to upgrade how humanity relates and values its environment.

In this role you will lead the product management departments to deliver exceptional results across the 5+ product roadmaps and initiatives. Your duties will span multiple dimensions including:

• Establishing and maintaining the overall product vision and strategy.
• Recruiting, growing, and maintaining top-level talent.
• Fostering product adoption and long-term business success.
• Research and development initiatives and experimentation.
• Fundraising efforts and board meeting contributions (when appropriate).
• Collaborating with the CEO to adapt roadmaps and resourcing based on the competitive landscape, market trends, challenges, and opportunities.

Requirements

Must have

• 10+ years experience in product management.
• 5+ years experience as an executive/co-founder in a technology startup.
• Deep interest and enthusiasm for the crypto and blockchain space.
• Passionate about building amazing products and being a transformational leader.
• Strategic thinker and able to make data driven priority decisions based on data.
• Experience leading products end to end using agile development processes.
• Ability to say no to the myriad of good ideas so that the team can focus on the few, great ideas that are necessary for the business objectives to be met.

• 2+ years of experience in the blockchain space.
• 2+ years of experience managing open source products.
• Familiarity with carbon markets and/or ecosystem services.
• Passion for ecology.
• Based in America's time zones given our team spans Pacific Time to Central European Time.

• Incredibly resourceful, even in the face of rapid change or extreme adversity.
• Flexible, entrepreneurial, and demonstrates a can do attitude with all colleagues.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to negotiate with peers and colleagues in a confident and compelling manner.

• Analyze and make recommendations on the company's strategic direction, evaluating various business models and product opportunities.
• Set the product direction through a) high level business objectives and key results and b) continuously updated and prioritized roadmap across the various product initiatives.
• Assemble multiple, parallel roadmaps that have interdependencies and critical paths. Ability to find best
• Lead product development initiatives coordinated tightly with engineering amp; design teams while optimizing for constrained resources and managing dependencies.
• Interface with an internal interdisciplinary team spanning sales, business development, marketing, science, IT and with an external validator community in creating a cohesive product line with broad market adoption.
• Identify key business partnerships and relationships that will enable mass adoption of products and the network.
• Work closely with the CEO to devise and implement a company growth plan to ensure the team is scaling appropriately.
• Mentor and interact with employees at all levels to foster growth and encourage development across the company.
