FULLY REMOTE ROLE

Firstleaf is looking for a versatile Senior Talent Acquisition Manager to report directly to the Head of People and drive our recruitment projects. In this multi-faceted and highly visible role you will serve as lead recruiter for our rapidly growing team providing technical recruiting across Engineering, Product Development and senior leadership roles while building a pipeline of exceptional talent for future opportunities. Working closely with our Head of People, Exec Team and hiring managers, this role will be a critical player in helping continue to build our world-class team.

A Few Examples Will Illustrate Some Of Your Challenges

  • You'll play a key role in guiding the leadership team to recruit and evaluate key hires, and giving us a framework to build a multi-faceted organization.
  • Foster a culture of energy and inspiration in facilitating talent attraction and acquisition in a supportive work environment.
  • Partner with the Head of People to build a world-class talent acquisition and assessment function supporting a high growth, customers-first service.

Requirements

  • Significant technical recruitment experience either in-house or agency based, teamed with the ability to quickly understand the requirements of a fast-paced range of roles.
  • Direct sourcing experience, passive candidate identification/attraction, using LinkedIn Recruiter and various social media platforms
  • Ability to build effective relationships quickly, and always acting with integrity and enthusiasm.
  • Proven ability to develop successful working relationships and possess communication skills to influence, guide and advise stakeholders
  • A drive to meet targets, in particular time and cost to hire to the business
  • Working knowledge of ATS/CRMs
  • Previous experience in people development, learning management systems
  • A great sense of fun and a community builder, who enjoys creating and hosting events
