About The Role
We are seeking an experienced videographer and video editor to contribute to our expanding US marketing team. You will work with the Head of US Marketing, US Content Marketing Manager, colleagues in the US and global marketing teams, and external agencies and content producers to deliver effective high quality video content that supports our marketing goals.
Key Responsibilities
The role is quite varied and encompasses a range of tasks from pre- to post-production:
- Capture studio-quality video and photographs for a variety of formats including HD 16:9 as well as social media 1:1 and 9:16 formats
- Work both on and off-site, some travel and work outside of regular office hours will be required
- Manage and oversee all technical aspects of video recording and editing
- Collaborate closely with creative teammates locally and globally
- Coordinate and plan production with marketing and operations teams
- Adhere to global brand strategy and guidelines when capturing and editing video
- Present ideas and work to senior management
- Execute on video brand messaging and strategy globally, while working closely with the US team to develop video content that also supports US marketing goals
Requirements
You will possess great attention to detail and have plenty of energy and initiative, and you are driven, ambitious and bursting with ideas. You must be deadline-oriented with excellent communication skills, and be excited at the prospect of working in a fast-paced environment.
- A portfolio of work that demonstrates experience in videography and video editing and your experience at visual storytelling for a variety of formats
- Experience with video and editing equipment
- Proficiency in Final Cut Pro X and Adobe After Effects
- Knowledge and understanding of motion graphics.
- Creative thinking
- Strong time management skills and demonstrated ability to work on multiple projects at once
- Great interpersonal and communication skills
Even Better If
- Comfortable hosting Instagram Live events and speaking on camera in MPB social videos
