As Olive continues to blaze a trail in AI and automation programs and solutions in the healthcare space, we are growing our team of Implementation Success Owners (ISOs) to drive solution design and implementation. As the team grows we are seeking a Senior Director that can provide leadership, direction, guidance and oversight to lead the deployment of Assures at customer sites while leveraging these learnings to guide product design and to convert Beta customers to Gaa customers. ISOs have both the industry knowledge and the technical aptitude to problem solve complex workflows with engineering in addition to stellar communication and project management skills necessary to implement the product in a timely and predictable manner. The leader of this group will need to be highly organized, have a strong sense of ownership, and be willing to work alongside the team to deliver customer success.


Olive Assures is an AI- enabled product that pays providers for care when it’s delivered. She eliminates the expensive and time consuming process of billing and collections. Currently, healthcare revenue cycle management requires providers to manage a cumbersome process to get paid for delivering care. Olive Assures uses predictive algorithms to transform this process and provide payment for care in real time. Olive Assures creates greater financial certainty and frees providers to focus on what matters most- improving the access and quality of care for patients.


Responsibilities:

  • Acts as leader for customer interaction during the deployment and implementation phase of our Beta Program, coordinating with the customer and internal teams through detailed discovery, data acquisition, CPT pricing, build, testing and go live
  • Lead efforts to convert Beta customers into paying customers by understanding, calculating and translating value propositions into business arrangements, pricing and term sheets.
  • Lead relationships with legal to convert business arrangements to contracts and work with customers to sign deals that generate revenue for Olive.
  • Translate the learnings from Beta conversion into business models for general available products to customers
  • Work with Finance to develop financial models that project financial performance
  • Serve as primary customer and business POC for all financial reconciliations on a claim and invoice level in working closely with the Finance Team
  • Coordinate with Legal on developing legal documents that reflect the needs of the business while accounting for risk and contingencies
  • lead efforts to create transparency on status, including challenges and risks for entire portfolio of work to executives and stakeholders across the company
  • Manage the portfolio of assigned work to ensure forecasted dates for work to start and complete are accurate and align with billings and revenue forecasts
  • Work with revenue operations team to understanding upcoming pipeline of customers and projects to appropriately understand potential backlog and team capacity
  • Work with VP of Operation to develop team structure to support all customer implementations both in Beta and in GAA
  • Act as a main point of escalation for internal team issues and customer facing issues related to the implementation of the product
  • Track and report on key performance metrics for implementations
  • Work with the product team to lead the development of standard templates for tools and materials required to enable successful product implementation (ex. project plans, testing plans, customer requirements, etc)
  • Understand how the product integrates with external systems and partner organizations and ensure the team is following appropriate integrated implementation methodology
  • Collaborate with the Olive Product teams to understand the Olive standard solutions and incorporate current best practices in our solution design work
