In this role as a Data Management Services (DMS) Specialist, you will play a key part in facilitating and enhancing the transformational flow of data on behalf of our external clients and internal team members. You’ll be actively engaged with improving the lives of our clientele and achieving a common baseline of standardized data formats for efficient uploading to our Pereview Software application.

Requirements

• Strong financial analytical skills
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting amp; Finance or Computer Science (preferred)
• Experience with reviewing standard financial statements of an accounting type nature (Profit amp; Loss Statements, Balance Sheets, etc.)
• Experience in the industry of Real Estate and Fund amp; Asset Management with exposure to accounting platforms (ex.: Yardi, MRI, Timberline, etc.) a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with VBA
• Experience writing SQL a plus
• Excellent oral and written communication skills with strong inter-personal skills

• Exhibit self-motivation whether working independently or on a team
• A strong sense of urgency about solving problems, meeting deadlines, and achieving critical goals
