Associate Content Marketing Manager

Job Description
We’re looking for a strong writer to create content that informs and engages leading brands and developers. Reporting into the Content Marketing Manager and working closely with the Content and Demand Generation teams, you’ll help execute the overarching content strategy, creating content for SuperAwesome’s blog and owned social channels.
As one of the marketing team’s go-to writers, you’ll also provide copywriting support for long-form content and demand generation initiatives, including email newsletters, promotional content, and landing pages.
Key responsibilities:
- Write content for the company blog, in accordance with SuperAwesome’s brand voice and SEO best practices.
- Develop content for SuperAwesome’s owned channels to support the social media strategy.
- Maintain SuperAwesome’s content library, optimizing historical content as appropriate.
- Edit and improve contributor content.
- Support the creation of infographics, e-books, and white papers.
- Provide copywriting support for demand generation initiatives, including email newsletters, event promotional materials, and landing pages.
- Report on content performance in relation to quarterly OKRs.
- Stay on the pulse of digital trends and new developments.
Requirements
As well as an enthusiasm for writing and a strong understanding of the social media landscape, to join us you’ll also need to:
- Have a BA/BS degree and at least two years of experience in Marketing, Content Development, Copywriting, or a similar position. Brand-side experience, experience in B2B, or experience in the technology/SaaS/ad tech industry is a plus.
- Have thorough knowledge and understanding of social media platforms including Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook.
- Have experience writing for digital channels, with an understanding of SEO best practices.
- Have the ability to analyze content and social performance.
- Have experience with Wordpress, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEMRush.
- Have strong project management skills and attention to detail.
- Have excellent communication, writing, and proofreading skills.
- Be a team player who thrives in working collaboratively.
