The Role

As a Product Manager, you will partner with Product, Engineering and Design teams to innovate and deliver new products, features and enhancements to Agilis’ core commerce platform. You will focus on providing enterprise eCommerce tools and related technology expertise and thought leadership on design, development of Agilis digital commerce products to our customers.

This position also works closely with other teams like Customer Success, Project Management, Release Engineering, and Quality Assurance to develop innovative solutions that meet market needs with respect to functionality, performance, scalability, integration with enterprise systems, reliability, realistic implementation schedules, and adherence to development goals and principles.

We are transforming a $5 trillion industry on its head, which comes with a host of interesting challenges, from refining our real-time recommendation algorithms, integrating with partner API's and building secure and compliant platforms.

Your Responsibilities

  • Strong Knowledge of enterprise ecommerce products and technology, internally as well as externally to support customers asks
  • Engage customers, prospects, partners, and internal engineering and customer success team leaders to determine business requirements, technical considerations and strategic objectives
  • Apply insights to develop compelling product features
  • Capture and document market needs and product requirements necessary to succeed in the markets we serve use cases, personas, cross-functional deliverables
  • Define product requirements, work with Business Analysts and Product Specialists to write user stories, and work with design and engineering to build the required features
  • Define roadmap and prioritize product features, launch, test and iterate quickly
  • Own annual and quarterly goals, objectives for key products building discipline around tracking progress, getting customer feedback, and iterating to improve market performance
  • Perform User testing and work with QA team members for full functional, regression and performance testing to launch the product successfully
  • Tracks, analyzes and communicates product and program performance. Recommends action plans to address variances in product performance against the annual plan
