JOB DESCRIPTION

We create mutually beneficial relationships that enable our investors to meet their investing goals, and our professionals to grow their businesses.

The Customer Success Coordinator is responsible for helping vendors on BiggerPockets.com connect with our community of real estate investors. The purpose of this role is to help onboard investor-friendly real estate agents and lenders onto the BiggerPockets platform and help them succeed. The role is perfect for an individual who is great at building relationships, takes initiative and has a genuine interest in helping our customers be successful.

RESPONSIBILITIES amp; DUTIES

  • Work closely with the GM, sales, finance and operations to establish an excellent customer success program to drive retention
  • Own and curate the client onboarding experience while proactively manage an account base to minimize churn
  • Drive revenue growth through client retention and growth initiatives
  • Schedule appointments and demos with qualified prospects
  • Coordinate with the marketing team in the development of sales and client collateral and messaging
  • Provide insights to our customers to ensure they are getting the most out of our products and services
  • Be the voice of the customer and work closely with the product team to continuously improve our offerings
  • Identify Premium members who are interested in, and could benefit from joining the Featured Agent program

QUALIFICATION amp; SKILLS

  • Self-starter who proactively identifies opportunities and takes action
  • Excellent relationship building skills and a genuine desire to help our customers
  • Demonstrated ability to create and implement new processes from scratch
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Able to strategically prioritize projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Data literacy, and the ability to analytically demonstrate the impact of your work
  • Experience in real estate is a plus




SALARY
The salary range for this job position is $42,500-$63,000 + based on experience, plus a 10% bonus potential based on company and personal performance.
