We are seeking for a Purchasing assistant whose role is to manage the day-to-day purchasing, contracted pricing, and submit monthly rebates. This position will be working out of our office in Lakewood, NJ.
What You will do:
- Run daily reports on items that need to be reordered.
- Communicate with manufacturers to ensure that items get delivered in a timely manner.
- Working with manufactures for spot buys.
- Work directly with Manufactures and GPO to find the best available contracts.
- Coordinate with the sales team in providing pricing for their customers.
- Inputting and maintaining of all contracts in our ERP system in a timely manner.
- Report analysis and reconcile sales data for monthly tracings.
- Promptly respond to any request from vendors and address any discrepancies.

Requirements
- Proficient in Excel due to heavy excel usage
- Very detail oriented.
- Great organization and follow up skills.
