Technical Project Manager - Commercial Insights and Analytics

Job Description
Partner with Commercial IT leadership and manage successful implementation of IT solutions in support of the Commercial amp; Medical Affairs organizations. Through the application of technical expertise, best practices, industry knowledge, and strong project management, the focus will be on providing operational excellence and delivery of IT solutions that fulfill tactical and strategic requirements. Contributions will impact all areas of the commercial business, with an emphasis on Insights and Analytics, Sales amp; Marketing and Managed Markets technologies.
Technical Skills amp; Knowledge
• Experience with Commercial data and analytics; developing and supporting Commercial Data Warehouses and Business Intelligence Dashboards/Tools (Ex. Tableau, Qlik, and MicroStrategy) strongly preferred
• Experience with Symphony or IQVIA data and with MMIT or Business One data preferred
• Experience with leading pharmaceutical Commercial technology SaaS solutions i.e. SFDC, Veeva suite (CRM, Vault, Promomats, Medical) etc. desired
• Knowledge of Data Governance, Data Stewardship, Data Quality Management and Data Architecture concepts
• Knowledge of website hosting like AWS or Azure
• Advanced knowledge of SQL
• Excel, sftp, Sharepoint
• MS Visio or similar tool
Requirements
• Minimum Bachelor’s degree (Information Technology equivalent preferred)
• PMP Certification or equivalent preferred but not required
• Minimum 10+ years technology experience in a pharmaceutical environment
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in Sales Operations systems such as SFA/CRM, data warehousing, and business intelligence reporting.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in Project Management, Vendor Management, Systems Integration
