The Clinical Coordinator II ensures that program reporting and evaluations are completed. Serves as a clinical resource and provides consultation and supervision to agency staff.

Requirements
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in the field w/2 years supervisory experience and/or program development. Associate Licensure in Arizona. Generally supervises 9 or more Full time employees.
- Must be at least 21 years of age or older.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a fingerprint clearance card and pass backgrounds.
- Possess valid driver's license with acceptable driving record, telephone and reliable transportation.
- Demonstrable theoretical knowledge in field.
- Personnel management capabilities.
- Willingness to work evenings and weekends as needed.
- Extensive knowledge and background working with variety of populations
- Ability to use CPI and behavior management techniques in crisis situations.
- Must have good oral and written communication skills
- Demonstrates ability to develop treatment plan based on participants needs.
- Demonstrates ability to distinguish between alcohol and other drug-related symptoms and other pre-existing physical problems or pathologic behaviors.
- Demonstrates ability to understand the bio-psychosocial influences and effects of chemical/co-dependencies.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Ability to make independent decisions.
- Ability to operate basic office equipment, e.g., computer, copier and FAX.
- Ability to work with little or no supervision.
- Ability to type and working knowledge/familiarity with computers and electronic clinical record keeping.
- Certifications in First-Aid, CPR and CPI.
Qualifications Preferred
- Knowledge of area and services to special populations.
- Bilingual English/Spanish or English/Sign Language.
- Demonstrates knowledge of special populations such as substance abuse.
- Demonstrates knowledge of how the acute and chronic nature of the chemical/co-dependence and the ways medical, emotional behavioral, social, educational and other interventions are used to treat the participant.
- Knowledgeable of benefit and entitlements process and available community resources.
