Job Description

Job Mission

The People Support Scheduling Coordinator role at Ascend works closely with the executive, clinical, and people support teams to ensure the timely scheduling of interviews, new hire onboarding, and community events in service to Ascend’s mission to be a magnetic employer of choice in ABA.

Essential Job Duties

  • Coordinate with candidates and hiring managers to schedule interviews within established timelines
  • Build New Hire schedules in Google Calendar and Central Reach as needed
  • Coordinate with Training Specialist and ABA Scheduling Coordinators to ensure all new hire schedules are built according to the training plan for their role
  • Communicate with all critical stakeholders regarding scheduled trainings
  • Communicate and provide support to new hires regarding their onboarding schedules
  • Coordinate with executive and people support team members to ensure organizational events are coordinated and scheduled

  • Able to pass a background check and qualified to work in the US

Education and Experience

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least two years scheduling experience required
  • Prefered experience working in a hyper-growth, scaling organization
