Job Description

Orbus Software is a fast-growing B2B cloud software company that offers a Digital Transformation platform including disciplines such as Enterprise Architecture (EA), Business Process Analysis (BPA), and Application Portfolio Management (APM). We operate globally across 3 offices in London, New York and Sydney and are backed by SilverTree Equity a specialist technology investment firm.

We're looking for an enthusiastic, dynamic marketing professional to execute Orbus’s digital strategy for the North American Market. The key requirement for this role is to increase and optimise USA/Canada website traffic and conversion to leads and MQLs to fuel pipeline opportunities and growth for Orbus in the region. This will necessitate the use of the latest digital technologies, including Social Media Marketing Tools, CRM (Salesforce), Pardot Marketing Automation, Web Analytics Tools and the Website Content Management System (CMS)

Key responsibilities:

  • Run multi-channel digital marketing campaigns for the North American market.
  • Co-ordinate targeted Paid Search, Paid Ads, Social and Retargeting activities.
  • Conduct Key Word Research to create and improve performance of Paid Search Campaigns
  • Analyse and improve organic traffic and website conversion through SEO and CRO techniques
  • Manage and optimise Social Media marketing (e.g. LinkedIn Sponsored Content) and Brand Awareness campaigns
  • Use Pardot (Marketing Automation System) to track responses to digital marketing campaigns and to nurture and convert leads to MQLs
  • Use of Salesforce CRM to track demo and sale ROI from digital campaigns for analysis and improvement.
  • Manage Orbus Software’s presence on Community Forums and Content Aggregators
  • Promote and host webinars for our target audience in the North America
  • Present performance reports to the stakeholders on a regular basis, including achievement of KPIs

Requirements

Key requirements:

  • BA/BSc Honours Degree
  • Experience with B2B marketing (ideally in a SaaS setting)
  • 3 years’ minimum experience in a digital marketing position
  • Proven experience increasing traffic and enquiries via company website and digital outreach activities
  • Ability to travel to and work from the New York office, for at least 5 days per month
  • Professional knowledge of MS Office
  • Excellent verbal communicator
  • Motivation to meet tight deadlines and to perform individually whilst working as part of a larger team
