About the Role and Your Impact

As Senior Delivery Manager at Community you will be responsible for leading project management efforts across multiple Product amp; Engineering teams. You will own and oversee all scoping, forecasting, planning, communications and processes for all projects under your remit. This role will require a proven track record of running large, highly complex, and ambiguous cross-functional projects and understand how to balance multiple priorities and stakeholders while keeping the team focused and on track.

Your work will go into the hands of some of the most influential people in the world to reach tens of millions of Members in their communities. Not only will you have an opportunity to drive change at a rapidly growing organization, you will also partner with a high-caliber engineering team and closely collaborate with leadership.

What You’ll Do

  • Own the successful execution and delivery of projects for your pods, driving pod rituals and embodying the Scrum Master role
  • Own forecasting and scoping for all projects within your purview, working closely with Engineering Managers and Directors to ensure proper staffing is secured in advance
  • Focus on solving larger cross-pod issues and proposing improvements to workflow when needed
  • Participate in quarterly and annual planning for the Product amp; Engineering organization
  • Act as point of escalation for project management and operational issues for your pods
  • Use data to measure the efficiency of the pod and the quality of the product
  • Provide leadership, inspiration, and guidance to a growing team; foster a culture of transparency and collaboration

What You’ll Bring

  • 5+ years of relevant experience in Delivery/Release/Project Management
  • Experience at a technology company; SaaS a plus
  • Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies
  • You have insights into modern, full product life cycles, including technical specifications and development
  • You have a proven track record of successfully delivering complex solutions on time with a high level of quality
  • Demonstrated track record of success in the scaling stage of high-growth environments
  • Ability to garner respect and collaborate with a senior team of engineers, product managers and designers
  • High EQ with excellent written and oral communication skills
  • BS in Engineering, Economics, Mathematics or relevant technical field a plus
