Basically you will be setting appointments for a highly coveted health amp; wellness sponsorship on an exclusive basis.

Join our unique team of lead generation pros making business to business lead generation phone calls via our CRM system. Your crucial role will be to excite local business owners (realtors, insurance agents, dentists, salons, ETC) about the opportunity to sponsor/advertise on a ~ 5 Ft tall welcome center kiosk at the entrance of their local grocery store or major pharmacy chain.

You will be setting appointments for our outside reps to drop by for a quick 5-15 min presentation to learn about the advertising opportunity. Our kiosks are an amazing, value-added amenity that shoppers are so incredibly grateful for, and advertisers really love -- as they are able to place their giant photo on the stand, which faces shoppers entering the store. In other words, you will be selling a highly valuable and coveted product that is new, fresh, and will keep you invigorated.

The Job:

  • Contact businesses by telephone using dialer or CRM to promote our marketing services making a minimum of 25 calls per hour.
  • Explain Terraboost marketing services to potential customers.
  • Deliver scripted sales pitch to the potential customer, adjusting pitch to meet the needs of specific individuals/businesses and providing pricing details.
  • Qualify and set customer appointments by recording customer details (such as name, phone number and address), including reaction to product or service being offered and communicating this information to the assigned Sales Representative.
  • Handle customer questions and answer telephone calls from potential customers who are responding to advertisements.
  • Follows Terraboost do-not-call procedures.
  • Responsible for achieving weekly/monthly sales quotas.
  • Attend meetings and training sessions as directed by management.
  • Complete daily and weekly sales reporting using assigned tools.
  • Other duties as assigned.


We are hiring for a part-time position with a maximum of (28) hours per week. Schedule is generally Monday through Thursday 9:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. EST.

Requirements


  • Strong presentation and verbal communication skills with the ability to sell the appointment.
  • Able to quickly build a rapport with business owners.
  • Positive attitude with high energy level.
  • Superior customer service skills.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Resilient and tenacious.
  • A self-starter who is adaptable.
  • Intermediate computer skills with knowledge of MS Office or Google Suite, familiarity with auto-dialer or CRM systems and the ability to navigate the internet (bookmark web pages, send and receive emails, perform Google searches).
  • Coachable and willing to learn and adhere to proprietary Terraboost Media sales techniques.

Benefits

Competitive pay of $13.00 to $16.00 per hour, based on experience, plus commissions when reps close the sales on the appointments you set!
