JOB DESCRIPTION:
Our Technical Recruiting Team is responsible for building our network of certified technicians to complete damage assessments for our clients. They use an organized process to source, cold-call, follow-up, and onboard technicians based on operational needs. This position plays an integral role in ensuring the operation has a skilled and reliable network of technicians to represent our brand. This role is heavily relied upon by all departments, as providing thorough damage assessments is the nature CCG IQ's business, and requires a licensed and certified technician to be completed.
The Technical Recruiter will take pride in owning all sourcing strategies to proactively and aggressively grow our network of technicians across the United States. The ideal candidate does not tire from creatively sourcing candidates, cold-calling, demonstrating a drive to build our network, and keeping in mind their pertinent responsibility to operation as a whole in mind.
The keys to success in the Technical Recruiter role are taking pride and ownership in the disciplined execution of the following tasks:
- Identify, map, and classify technical markets to source technicians across the U.S. based on operational needs.
- Take pride in placing needed technicians to meet individual and team goals.
- Convert prospects to candidates by building and maintaining relationships, moving them through the onboarding process, and successfully placing candidates that fit CCG IQ's specified need.
- Consistently execute tactical outreach, referral generation, and pipelining efforts.
- Utilize third-party vendors to source new technicians.
- Continuously develop and uphold processes and procedures in relation to the onboarding process.
- Take pride in developing a technical expertise regarding licensing requirements for technicians based on profession and location.
- Coach and maintain communication with technicians upon placement.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
Qualifications
The Technical Recruiter should possess the following qualifications and personal attributes:
- 2 + years of technical sourcing experience or sales/cold-calling experience.
- Self-motivation, detail orientation, a goal meeting focus, and an ambitious mindset.
- The ability to thrive and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written/verbal communication skills.
