Job Description

Currently, we are seeking a Health Partnerships Lead who will support the creation of new partnerships with prospective B2B customers, including digital health companies, labs, pharmacies, large employers, and other leaders in modern healthcare.

Some core responsibilities include:

  • Be paired with one or more SteadyMD Sales Leaders and support them throughout the partnership development process so they can me more effective and efficient.
  • Own the CRM documentation and tracking of SteadyMD partnership opportunities.
  • Respond to inquiries from prospective SteadyMD customers, carefully following the established systems and processes.
  • Participate in online and in-person meetings and take detailed notes concerning the needs, motivations, expectations, product plans, and strategies of prospective SteadyMD customers.
  • Assist the Sales Leaders in conceiving, designing, and planning solutions for prospective customers, with services ranging from clinician staffing to highly customized white-label products and services.
  • Assist the Sales Leaders in synthesizing feedback and guidance from prospective customers and SteadyMD teams, including Product, Engineering, Customer Success, Medical Operations, Legal, and Finance.
  • Assist the Sales Leaders in writing detailed proposals that clearly and concisely summarize and document the solutions, pricing, and other important context for prospective customers.
  • Assist the Sales Leaders in preparing the SteadyMD teams for success by setting the expectations of prospective customers and also communicating clearly the customer needs to the various SteadyMD teams.

Requirements

  • 2-5 years of experience in business development / partnerships
  • Strong verbal communication skills
  • Strong written communications skills; skilled in clear and concise writing.
  • An eye for design; ability to design great-looking presentations and documents
  • Quickly learn new products and systems
  • Process-driven with high-attention to detail in all documents and communication
  • BA/BS required
  • Background or prior experience in healthcare preferred.
  • Experience in a fast-paced startup environment
  • Enthusiastic, positive, direct, and authentic demeanor
