About the role:

Our Sales Development Manager's responsibilities are split between our inbound and outbound sales function, coaching, and leading a team of sales development representatives. As a manager, you’ll bring your experience in inbound/outbound sales to create business opportunities for Account Executives at Bennie, as well as building a great team culture that’s driven by open communication, collaboration, and trust.

Responsibilities

  • Hire and scale the team to meet business goals and objectives
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of SDR / BDR players
  • Build a great team culture with a positive, supportive, and winning attitude
  • Track sales team metrics and report data to leadership on a regular basis
  • Continually refine and improve sales development process
  • Accurately forecast, and support inbound and outbound goals
  • Assist Bennie management drive new initiatives

Requirements

  • Have at least 3 years of experience working in inbound and outbound sales within a SaaS organization
  • Have at least 1 year of experience managing SDRs
  • Can demonstrate your experience in mentoring/training sales representatives
  • Passionate about learning development, and seeing people grow amp; develop
  • Have experience working with Salesforce

Nice to haves

  • Experience or knowledge in HR or working with HR-tech related platforms
  • Have experience using tools such as Mixmax, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Chili Piper
