An exciting planning role where the individual will ensure material scheduling works effectively in order to have material supply meets production requirements and meet business objectives.
- Support the day-to-day supply chain material and production planning tasks
- Proficient with SAP PTP segment.
- Detail, document, and refine supply chain planning processes and Procedures.
- Data reconciliation Invoice vs. purchase orders
- Liaising with internal and external business partners on invoicing, delivery, and Purchase order issues use CI techniques to improve invoicing and PO processes.
- Managing inventory issues, production scheduling changes, and ensure the material readiness for the execution plan.
- Identify and implement procedures to assure smooth production operation and inventory accuracy.
- Independently solve day-to-day issues with minimum supervision
Requirements
Education : Bachelor degree in supply, or logistics
Professional experience amp; know how :
- Highly proficient with Excel amp; Microsoft Office
- SAP Experience highly advantageous (MM, PP, SD and APO Module preferred)
- Ability to prioritize, multi-task and manager time effectively
