At Phoenix Home Care, we are looking for nurses that are wanting to make a difference in the lives of the children and young adults within their community. Our clients have a variety of specialized health care needs and are in need of a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse or Registered Nurse to provide one on one care. In this role you can expect to build long lasting relationships and truly make a change one client at a time
In this position you will be assisting one on one with specials needs school to help them get to school and advance their learning experience. This position is going to be Full Time Monday - Friday getting to, during and from school in the O'Fallon, MO area.

Requirements
- Active LPN or RN License
- Driver's License and Vehicle with Current Auto Insurance
- Ability to Pass Drug Test, Background Check, and Physical
- Monitor and record patient's condition and document provided care services via electronic charting
- Problem solving skills and ability to multi-task
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Positive, Professional attitude
