Job Description

The VP MARCOM leads the development and implementation of strategic marketing and communications plans and oversees the development of supporting content and execution of key marketing events and outreach to help promote Saxony Partners and Pereview Software and each companies’ business service divisions to existing and prospective customers. The goal is to expand and build upon the brands and reputations of both companies, manage internal and external communications efforts, as well as to assist each companies’ respective sales teams by identifying and delivering quality leads and prospects.


  • Collaborate with senior leaders to develop and execute marketing strategies that support Saxony and Pereview’s strategic objectives and growth.
  • Manage and develop staff members including the Director of Digital Marketing and Sales Operations, Content Director, and Content Writer.
  • Conceptualize and develop multichannel campaigns from start to finish to educate, inform, and motivate audiences and to generate leads for the sales team. Set and monitor key metrics.
  • Strategize and manage development of valuable and engaging content for campaigns that attract and convert our target groups; campaigns and outreach should generate qualified leads and may include paid advertising or amplification, content marketing, direct marketing, sponsorships, events, SEO, trade shows
  • Serve as the official brand manager for Saxony and Pereview, including management of website properties, logo and brandmark, fonts and colors, marketing and sales collateral
  • Serve as liaison to sales team and collaborate across the organization to fully understand the Company’s products, services, and marketing communication needs.
  • Develop organizational calendar to track ongoing marketing activities and ensure timely execution and delivery of specific projects and initiatives.
  • Evaluate performance of marketing campaigns and provide regular updates to key stakeholders; make adjustments and suggestions as needed
  • Working with company leadership, lead and manage internal communications to ensure that all staff are aware of news and key information. Work with HR department to foster deeper employee engagement and improve retention.
  • Stay abreast of evolving marketing trends and be willing to experiment with new technologies and techniques

Requirements

  • Ten+ years of progressively responsible experience developing integrated marketing campaigns; leadership and management experience required
  • Experience marketing software, Software-as-a-Service (SaaS), and/or Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS)
  • Experience with Hubspot and other digital marketing and automation tools
  • Excellent communications skills and understanding of how best to communicate with prospects and leads
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communication, business or a related field
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills that may include public speaking and presentations
  • Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Creative mindset along with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Thrives on teamwork in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Understanding of relationship-based sales and marketing; familiarity working with a sales team
