Government Bids Manager

Job Description
Help the Company win government contracts by aggregating, responding, and submitting a high volume of bids and RFQ's on a weekly basis.
Daily tasks include but not limited to:
- Researching and reviewing solicitations using Company's software.
- Vetting of solicitations by reading through solicitations and determining whether bids meet Company bid criteria .
- Coordinate with Customer Service and Contracting department(s) to determine pricing based on bid product and/or size.
- Communicate with government agencies daily.
- Completion and submission of contracting and legal paperwork.
- Organize and compile dozens of documents electronically using Company database.
- Draft contract and pricing proposals.
Requirements
- Ability to read write and understand legal documents.
- Extensive knowledge using Microsoft Office, Office365, specifically Excel, Word, and OneDrive.
- Read and respond to government solicitations.
- Being able to manage large amounts of documents and records in a systematic fashion.
- Ability to do calculation of pricing, costs, margins, profits, and other sales formulas.
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
- Process large volume of forms and other paperwork as needed daily.
-Coordinate order information between customer service department and governmental agencies.
