Combination tax and financial planning practice looking to add a qualified team member to service clients, assist advisor and improve business efficiencies. Seeking an organized, detail oriented quick starting individual with good technology skills. The primary purpose of the Financial Services Assistant position is to ensure all operational functions are processed efficiently with limited errors, putting the needs of the client first and providing exceptional service every single time.
This position performs a variety of operational tasks for complex securities or cash related transactions or processes that require extensive knowledge of departmental functions and systems.
