Job Description
ContinuumCloud Sales Engineers support a consultative enterprise sales process. We provide interested prospects with the right information and the right context at the right time to help decision-makers fully understand all that the ContinuumCloud EHR solution, Welligent, has to offer them. Our Sales Engineers are passionate about delivering an exceptional experience throughout the entire sales process and beyond. How you’ll make an impact:
- Lead technical pre-sales conversations, discovery, and product demonstrations
- You'll understand and qualify clients’ goals and challenges as you lead them through demonstrations of solutions to their business problems
- Building strong relationships with our clients, you'll learn their unique business processes to configure tailor made demonstrations based on their challenges and our solution
- Be the voice of the product internally and externally, working with the sales and product teams to make sure we are solving for the client
- Train the sales teams on product updates, new features, amp; enable them to talk about it to prospects
Requirements
- An understanding of Electronic Health Record software, ideally in Health amp; Human Services
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate technical features and requirements into relevant and relatable solutions during demonstrations with prospects
- Experience supporting the enterprise software sales process
- Passion for building relationships and problem solving
- Detail-orientation and organization
