Job Description

Duscany Financial Group is seeking an individual for an Accounts Receivable Specialist to assist our department.

Our Accounts Receivable Specialist will play a key role on our growing team by supporting our daily accounting responsibilities. This will include posting rent payments and communicating with our tenants about their accounts, working with other internal teams to resolve disputes, and ensuring that all receivables are kept current.

Responsibilities

  • Applies rent payments to the proper invoices
  • Researches and solves payment discrepancies
  • Processes credit card payments and credits
  • Makes adjustments to accounts as needed
  • Prepares check deposits
  • Issues refunds when necessary
  • Provides excellent customer service when interacting with customers

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of Accounts Receivable experience
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize a variety of projects in a busy department
  • Organized with the ability to show initiative, take responsibility, and follow through on projects
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • MRI Experience
