Job Title: Qiclink Specialist/Analyst

Department: Claim Operations

FLSA Status: Exempt

Job Status: FT

Reports To: Project Manager

Positions Supervised: None

Work Schedule: M-F, Flexible Work hours

Assessments: Predictive Index Behavioral and Cognitive assessments


POSITION SUMMARY:

The Qiclink Specialist/Analyst is responsible for loading and maintaining Qiclink coding, creating audit reports, mass updates for the coding team, and any other tasks related to Qiclink. The Qiclink Specialist/Analyst will work both independently and within team settings to design efficient, clear, and concise tools to improve accuracy and production across all departments.


ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Responsible for loading and maintaining all CPT, dental, HCPC’s, anesthesia and ICD10 codes into Qiclink.
  • Assisting plan coding with mass updates due to updates or plan changes utilizing SQL.
  • Coordinating renewals with plan coding and claims.
  • Developing audit reports utilizing SQL
  • Creating audit tools

SKILLS amp; ABILITIES (List specific skills and levels required, i.e. Word, Excel intermediate)

  • Microsoft office, including but not limited to Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Advanced knowledge and understanding of structured query language (SQL) for reporting purposes

Experience

  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Access and other data reporting and manipulation tools
  • Strong experience and knowledge of health care, particularly on the payer/insurance side
  • Experience with relational database systems such as Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL, etc.
  • Qiclink Plan Coding

Education

High School Diploma, College and Advanced Degrees preferred but not required.


PHYSICAL DEMANDS Sedentary work that primarily involves sitting with repeat movements.
