Customer Service

• Offer exceptional customer service
• Process and manage special orders

Procurement

• Order parts:
  • Customer special orders
  • Service Department repair orders
  • Backstock inventory

Inventory Control

• Manage backstock inventory levels
• Perform regular cycle counts
• Liquidate obsolete inventory
