This is a hands-on, roll up your sleeves opportunity that requires a unique strategic skill set for success to support hiring initiatives of One80 Intermediaries, a subsidiary of Risk Strategies. One80 is a privately held insurance wholesale broker and program manager offering market leading wholesale access to all major insurance markets in the US, UK, and Canada, as well as in-house binding authority for property amp; casualty, financial lines, personal lines, life insurance, medical stop loss risks, travel/accident and health, and warranty coverage.

Your role is to build relationships within our firm and new acquisitions to execute on deliverables while seamlessly pivoting recruiting strategies and campaigns to identify business critical resources.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Possesses 8+ Years’ experience in an Insurance Brokerage, Wholesale experience to effectively recruit for positions at all levels nationally
  • Thrives in a high volume, fast-paced, growth centric environment as a consultative partner
  • Must be detail oriented, with a high level of accuracy in work product, exemplary organizational skills, and track record of consistently meeting commitments
  • Ability to prioritize and actively recruit for up to 30 positions simultaneously
  • Relevant marketplace positioning of highly competitive roles to fill
  • SME, hands-on ATS facilitator (creation of requisition, approval escalation, job postings, offer letter/background check where applicable)
  • Deep understanding of industry trends and analysis for competitive positioning
  • Ability to develop rapport across the organization while exercising solid judgement
  • Cohesive team player with solid business acumen and a strategic not task oriented professiona


Requirements

1. Bachelor’s Degree

2. Solid, documented career tenure as a hands-on LinkedIn Recruiter Guru

3. Advanced Excel amp; PPT Skill Set/AIRS Certification a plus

4. 8+ years’ of recruiting experience for Wholesale, Insurance Brokerage or Financial Services industry.

5. ATS experience.

6. AIRS Certification - NICE TO HAVE
