Job Description

Senior Compensation Consultant - Broad-based and/or Executive Rewards - Dallas


Los Angeles, San Francisco, Seattle, Chicago, Dallas, Houston, Detroit, New York, Philadelphia, Washington DC, Atlanta

Must be a US Citizen or Green Card holder.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • At least 5 years' experience in broad-based rewards and compensation and/or executive rewards and compensation
  • Experience consulting for external clients
  • Deep analysis and reporting experience -- skilled in data manipulation and analysis using spreadsheet software, and developing written reports which summarize analysis and provide interpretation in the context of the challenge faced by the client
  • Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, human resources modelling, and coordination of people and resources
  • Knowledge of compensation principles, e.g., job benchmarking, salary structure design, job architecture, short- and long-term incentive plan design; for executive compensation, knowledge of annual, equity, stock, and other long-term and short- term incentive programs

Nice To Have:

  • Executive compensation consulting experience is highly preferred
  • An executive presence with polished and well-developed communication skills
  • The ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously on a variable schedule based on project demand
  • The ability to link compensation challenges to broader business or industry context
  • An active listener -- giving full attention to what other people are saying, taking time to understand the points being made, asking questions as appropriate, and not interrupting at inappropriate times



Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree
