Job Purpose:

The Partnership Assistant is responsible for supporting the Partnership Team in managing brand assortments and relationships across allocated brands within the US brand portfolio.

  • Responsible for the presentation and optimization of our product content across site
  • Manage on site assortment including the set up and go live of new products and brands
  • Maintenance and optimization of product pages to maximize conversion and drive revenue, implementing best practice by category for product pages
  • Working with brand partners to collect relevant and accurate product information
  • Identifying improvements and optimizations to be made to the product page and attribution to maximize conversion and actively leading these improvement projects
  • Optimizing the presentation of key trends on products.
  • Identifying upcoming product trends and collaborating with category and marketing teams to maximize exposure for these trends.
  • Work with Partnership Manager to understand site strategies across categories and deliver in alignment
  • Manage pricing on site
  • Assist in administrative functions for entire division as needed

Requirements

  • Undergraduate Degree
  • 0-1 years working experience
  • Beauty or Ecommerce internship/experience preferable
  • Ability to communicate effectively - both written and verbal
  • Excellent Computer Skills -all Microsoft Office Applications
  • Ability to form good working relationships
  • Ability to prioritize and structure work
  • Adaptable to change
  • Organized with a strong attention to detail
  • Critical thinker with problem-solving skills
