Spectrum is seeking to hire an OT/ICS Cybersecurity Analyst to provide expertise knowledge in industrial controls and cybersecurity to our client. The successful candidate will work remotely with a fantastic team and collaborate to provide creative work and solutions with our client.
Position Responsibilities:
- Conduct security assessments, security frameworks for Industrial Control Systems (ICS)/SCADA using RMF and NIST SP 800-82.
- Participate in strategic planning for the deployment of ICS technologies and program enhancements.
- Construct and review security policies and procedures.
- Demonstrate problem solving, critical thinking and logical structuring skills.
- Experience with cybersecurity standards and practices in multiple industries (e.g., ISA99/IEC 62443, NIST, etc).
- Identify and participate in risk remediation efforts and validation for the control systems.
- Knowledge of design, implementation, or life cycle support of process automation and control systems.
- Support ICS cybersecurity awareness training.
- Support ICS cybersecurity assessments.
- Identify vulnerabilities per assessments.
- Performing everyday functions as assigned.
Traveling: Position requires travel to sites CONUS and OCONUS.
Requirements
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities requirements:
- Required
- High School diploma
- Certification: DoD 8570 IAT Level 2 or equivalent (e.g., Security +, Network +, etc.)
- 3 Years Industrial Controls experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a cybersecurity related field.
- 5 Years Industrial Control Systems experience
- 3 years System administration experience
SECURITY CLEARANCE
- Ability to gain and maintain a DoD Secret Clearance.
