Requirements

Here is what we need from you...

  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Effective interpersonal skills to be able to relate with people or personnel from different units of the company
  • Good knowledge and understanding of relevant IT systems and applications
  • Ability to work in a team as well as an individual with little or no supervision
  • Provide process improvement recommendations based on best practices and industry standards
  • Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in any IT-related discipline or 3-5 years of relevant working experience in a technical project management setting
  • Excellent numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with software engineering and/or compliance technology projects
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, tech-focused environment
  • Ability to travel as needed

Here is what you will be doing...

  • Manage projects with top-down oversight throughout the execution to ensure success as defined by adherence to the scope, budget, and timeline.
  • Develop, deploy, and refine processes that identify pain points to deliver operational and technical improvements
  • Communicate with technical and non-technical audiences at different levels to influence and manage overall learning technology strategy
  • Ensure methodology is respected (Waterfall amp; Agile) and all project management tools and dashboards are maintained to provide transparency and forewarning of any potential deviations.
  • Analyze, plan, and develop procedures and other management and technical duties
  • Define the scope of the project, roles, and responsibilities along with various stakeholders
  • Maintain correct project time frames, estimates, and status reports
  • Develop comprehensive project plans that merge customer requirements with company goals and coordinate stakeholders and technical personnel during all project phases, from initial development through implementation.
  • Monitor project progress continuously and make detailed scheduled reports on measurable items, such as milestones and deliverables.
  • Communicate proactively with all involved personnel to encourage, identify problems, create solutions, and implement efficiency improvements.
  • Review proposed modifications on project plans, including meeting with interested parties to approve and implement beneficial changes.
