We are looking for a full-time Social Sales Representative (Social Seller) to enroll our ideal clients into our high-end signature coaching experience. This role will play an integral part in our sales and enrollment process; engaging and connecting with our leads and potential clients on all social platforms and enrolling new clients into our program by answering their questions, overcoming objections and hesitations while helping them make a decision to join our programs.

This role reports to our Sales Manager and is a full-time, W2 employee role that comes with a base salary and commission for sales that you close.

The ideal person for this role would love to get paid to spend their days chatting with people on IG and FB messages, sending little voice memos and answering questions, opening up conversations, and genuinely getting to know people’s dreams, desires, and challenges in their business. They love helping people overcome mindset hesitations so that they transform their lives and businesses, love sales, and gets excited about connecting with people as our first line of customer service in our company holding supportive conversations to enroll clients authentically through written messages and voice memos.

Expected results

  • 20 enrollments per month
  • 10+ outbound messages per day
  • Applications accepted and messaged within 12-24 hours of applying
  • Respond to DM inquiries and client questions within 12-24 hours (on Facebook, email, SMS or by IG/FB Messenger)
  • Daily leads management to include follow-up and engagement in our Facebook Group and Linked In.

You know that selling is serving - especially when you’re enrolling people into a program that will change their entire life and business. The thrill of selling gets you jumping out of bed in the morning! And you don’t mind answering those DMs on nights and weekends to close the sale!

We’ll send you qualified leads, you will connect with them on social media and help them make the decision to enroll in our program. You will also do outbound outreach to our potential customers - our engaged social media followers or FB group members.

You’ll be helping our potential clients choose to enroll in a program with years of proven results, hundreds of testimonials, rave reviews and a reputation for being the best on the market. Selling is simple when you are enrolling people into a program that genuinely helps people. All you have to do is have genuine, supportive conversations and close the sale in an authentic way.

Responsibilities

  • Nurturing leads
    • Outbound outreach and nurture engaged leads in our Facebook group and CRM
    • Message engaged IG followers who watch and interact with stories and posts
    • Check in with and re-engage leads every 30/60/90 days
    • Have conversations, learn about our customers, and leave them with an amazing experience so they feel seen, heard and understood
  • Enrolling Warm Leads
    • Direct message all leads and applicants that are interested in our programs
    • Keep detailed notes on warm leads in our lead dashboard system
    • Report on any trends you are noticing in responses that could inform our marketing or messaging
    • Answer all questions about the programs and overcome objections via direct social messages
    • Use both voice memos and text-based messaging to communicate with engaged leads
    • Have conversations, learn about our customers, and leave them with an amazing experience so they feel seen, heard and understood
    • Offer other programs as a down-sell/upgrade as appropriate
