Role Summary:- Help build the Business Partnering capability in Coupa and be the first partner to the Engineering and Product Management teams.
- Focus on building strong relationships with the functional leadership teams so that you are the go-to person for all and any talent issues at the senior level. Work with the leaders to coach them on how to build their capabilities.
- Deliver an annual workforce plan which analyses the current organization, assesses capability gaps or risks for delivery of the business strategy and proposes solutions on how to address and fix them.
- Drive the talent agenda to identify the top performers and ensure that they are getting the right support to build their careers.
- Work with the regional People Partners to understand local context and pull together themes for the EVPs that may be happening across multiple geographies.
- Act as a thought partner as the individuals, teams and the company work to navigate the Return to Office and what they means if we are to keep the best of a distributed workforce and remote working as well as face to face, in office collaboration.
- Partner with the VP HR on key initiatives such as DEI, Mamp;A and Mobility.
- This role is a new one in an evolving function so needs someone who can drive the strategic agenda while also been able to deliver tangible operational results.
