Job Description

This is a pre-sales role in which the individual will collaborate with members of the sales teams such as Client Directors, Consulting System Architects and Sales operations as well as other Subject Matter Experts in understanding customer ask, goals and requirements to position, size and quote End User Computing (EUC) solutions such as Microsoft Office365, Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops and VMware Horizon.
The EUC Specialist will also create proposals, statement of works, licensing quotes, help to register opportunities and will collaborate with SMEs from other AHEAD practices to create enterprise level solutions. This candidate will also assist in EUC data collection efforts using tools like Liquidware Stratusphere, RVTools, etc in support of pre-sales efforts. Perform product demos and Proof of Concepts for our strategic EUC solutions.Responsibilities- Work with Sales teams to:
- Perform Product Demos
- Work with sales team to ensure product registration is completed for EUC solutions
- Create project proposals and Statements of Work
- Create budgetary quotes (ROMs) for proposed services and products
- Work with Customer to:
- Define project requirements
- Define customer issues that need to be resolved
- Deploy data collection tools
- Present project proposal and/or Statements of Work
- Work with the Practice to:
- Achieve and Maintain technical sales certifications for Citrix, Microsoft and VMware
- Coordinate and execute data collections reports using tools such as Liquidware Stratusphere, RVTools
- Match Customer requirements to EUC offerings
Qualifications- Computer Engineer or Computer Science 4 yr. college degree or equivalent
- 2 yrs. of experience in pre-sales roles or similar
- 5 yrs. of experience with technologies such as Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops, VMware Horizon, Microsoft Office365 and End Point Management (VMware WorkspaceOne, Citrix EndPoint Management, Microsoft Endpoint Manager)
- Advanced Microsoft Excel Skills
- Basic Microsoft Visio skills
